Mallory | The Individualist

Mallory“I was just looking in the mirror and my skin is glowing. I could cry right now – I have been working on all of this stuff for so many years by myself, but to be with such an amazing group of strong individuals and to be vocalizing it all and just throwing it all out there…God it feels good. Thank you thank you thank you for what you do!”

— Mallory Hawks, Actor

Shonda | The Transformation

Shonda“Physically, I haven’t seen this sort of improvement in my body in years; I am a person that has constantly struggled with losing 5-10 pounds. What’s amazing to me is that I have noticed drastic changes in my physical body and in such a short amount of time. For maybe the first time in my life, I am not focused on the ‘problems’ of my body and self, but rather on feeling good, and now I feel so proud of myself.”

— Shonda Howard, Singer & Actor

Wendy | The Professor

Wendy2“Erin’s creativity workshop was all it was advertised to be and more. The workout was fantastic and the creativity exercises were really effective. I left every session feeling full of both physical and creative energy that energized me for the rest of the week! Take this class!”

— Wendy Suzuki, NYU Professor

Sharone | The Dreamer

Sharone“When I started the class last month, the first week we set clear and specific intentions for what we wanted. I said ‘I want to make my Broadway debut this year.’ I knew it was ambitious, especially with the economy, but I stayed focused and positive about it, and then I released it. Three days later, I got the call to join the Broadway cast of Mamma Mia!! IntenSati helped me focus my desires and then allow them to come to me, instead of thinking that everything I wanted was going to be hard to get. Life is only a struggle if you think it is, and IntenSati has shown me that it is as easy as you allow it to be. I am so happy I am taking this class with Erin, she’s an absolutely inspirational and unbelievable teacher. Thank you Erin!”

— Sharone Sayegh, Broadway’s Mamma Mia!

Jordan | The Challenger

JordanI definitely felt chiseled and unstoppable after each class, and each of the 5 weeks made me look forward to the new assignment and new challenge. I feel like the workouts got harder each time and yet I did every one, so it’s proof that I pushed myself to that edge.

— Jordan Yanco, Stand-up Comic

Kathy | The Gym Hater

Kathy“When I first met Erin, I sat next to her in a class that had nothing to do with exercise. I asked her what the business was that she was discussing she said ‘IntenSati’. Now, a friend had been raving about it and I rolled my eyes every time. So I said to Erin, ‘Yeah, I hate exercising.’ And without flinching she said, ‘But this is a different kind of exercising.’ To which I repeated, ‘Yeah but I reeeeally hate exercising.’ A week later, I decided to go to an introductory class, and got hooked. I’m a chubby girl and I hate gyms; they are cold, lonely and all about how you look. IntenSati is like the anti-gym; class is filled with inspiration, hope, and light, and is about how you feel. Erin is a fearless leader who challenges you to do your best, no matter what. There is something magical about the physical exertion that makes the affirmations become one with you. I have heard about runners feeling euphoria when the endorphins kick in, but never felt anything but tired while exercising. But with IntenSati, I get it. And never want to give it up.

— Kathy Deitch, Actor, singer, teacher, original cast member of Broadway’s Wicked

Mary | The Empowered Writer

“In integrating IntenSati and creativity, Erin Stutland has invented – and is constantly reinventing – a fun, challenging, embodied way to open up and shine. She is a whip-smart, spiritually generous teacher, whose musicality and intuition are astonishingly sharp. I always leave her classes feeling lighter, stronger, and more empowered to do my professional, artistic, and inner work. And it’s a damn good time.”

— Mary Weeks, Writer, Entertainment and Advertising

Wendy | The Breakthrough

WendyWhen I started Erin’s IntenSati Creative Workshop, I couldn’t say some of these affirmations — they spoke so deeply to the desires of my heart that my voice caught in my throat. If you want to experience a simultaneous emotional and physical breakthrough, take this workshop!

— Wendy Cavett, Musical Director, Broadway’s Mamma Mia!

Brent | The Young Artist

Brent“The great thing about taking your class is that you are a young, cool and hip instructor. You are somebody that other young artists can relate to, but you also posses some of that ‘guru’ quality to teach the philosophy of the class.”

— Brent Bradley, Actor

Ericka | The Believer

“I had been really heavy in my mind and your class felt like a wake-up call. I felt spent, refreshed, whole, exhausted, grateful, social, blessed. The best thing I will take away is one that is hard to put down in words: I believed again. I believed that everything was going to work out as it should. I believed in my own personal power. I believed in my talents. I walked tall. I smiled more. I became closer to my Source and I meditated on the Possible.”

— Ericka Kruetz, writer/actor

Rebecca | The Represented… and Representin’

“Your s**t is witchcraft. :-)

— Rebecca Hart, Actor (who got an offer to sign w/ an agent after one month of classes and intention setting)
